Confederation Director Resigns

Vancouver, B.C.; April 20th, 2015; Confederation Minerals Ltd. (TSX.V:CFM): (“Confederation” or the “Company”) reports that Mr. Kenneth Holmes has resigned as a Director, effective April 20th, 2015, to pursue other business opportunities.  The Company expresses its appreciation to Mr. Holmes and thanks him for his invaluable contributions over his tenure. 

The board of Confederation is currently comprised of Dr. Lawrence Dick, David Velisek, and Denise Lok.
